Take a holiday in a romantic, small villa on Lake Constance. Our family-run, lovingly furnished 3*** Superior Hotel Schöngarten offers you 15 newly designed rooms with living comfort to feel good. The winter garden invites you to get together with a glass of local wine even on wet days. The small garden at the hotel allows you to relax and dream. Enjoy a 30-minute walk to the Lindauer Insel, the numerous restaurants and cafés in the old town or simply experience a sunset on the lakeside - the Hintere Insel or the Lindenhofpark offer a fantastic setting for this.
By the way: Hotel Schöngarten is a non-smoking hotel. For guests who wish to smoke, there is a covered balcony and of course our garden. Parking spaces as well as garages directly at the house are available in sufficient number. Bicycles are also available for rent. Our varied breakfast buffet in the winter garden lets you start your day healthy and satisfied. Our cordiality and our care will round off your overall impression of our hotel.

Check-in and check-out regulation

You can arrive from 3:00 pm. We ask you to leave at the latest 11:00 am. If your arrival is expected after 6:00 pm, please inform us by phone. Please make sure that our reception is only occupied until 9:00 pm.

Directions

If you travel to Lindau by public transport, take a taxi from Lindau main station to our hotel for a comfortable journey. Alternatively you can take the city bus number 2 from  main station to the ZUP in Anheggerstraße. There you change to bus number 3 in direction Oberreitnau and get off at the bus stop "Krankenhaus". Now walk in direction to the JET petrol station and turn left into a small footpath.  Here it goes a little bit uphill. At the upper end of the path you reach Schöngartenstraße, turn right and after about 200 m you will reach our hotel. The entire footpath is about 400 m.

With the navigation system of your vehicle or your smartphone you follow the route until you reach Schöngartenstraße 15 in 88131 Lindau. You can park free of charge right next to our hotel.

Differing cancellation conditions

A free cancellation or change of booking is only possible up to seven days before the date of arrival. If the arrival or departure does not take place on the agreed date, we are entitled to charge 80% of the overnight price per room and night. This also applies in case of early departure due to unfavourable weather conditions or other unforeseeable cases. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
