Description

In the beautiful hinterland of Lake Constance, near the town of Lindau, lies our non-smoking house with a large garden. Ideal for hiking, walking etc. Our city bus "Lindau" (approx. 50m from the house) runs every half hour to the island of Lindau and the surrounding area. In our garden around the house there are deckchairs, table tennis, trampoline and other play equipment. Playground equipment as well as seats and a barbecue at your disposal. Bicycles can be provided free of charge for cycling tours. Storage facilities for your bicycles or similar are available. You can go horse riding or fishing in the neighbourhood. The 2 flats are equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, flat-screen satellite TV, radio/CD and hairdryer. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to confirm the handover of the keys. Arrival possible from 14:00, departure requested by 10:00.

Directions

- You are travelling from Singen (A81) along Lake Constance. Approx. 10km after Friedrichshafen take the exit on the right to Kressbronn. In Kressbronn turn left at the first traffic lights via Gattnau, Poppis, Bechtersweiler to Unterreitnau (approx. 5 km). In Unterreitnau, take the second house on the left - house no. 8

- You are travelling from Ulm via Ravensburg to Kressbronn. In Kressbronn turn left at the first traffic lights via Gattnau, Poppis, Bechtersweiler to Unterreitnau (approx. 5km). In Unterreitnau, take the second house on the left - house no. 8

- Coming from Memmingen on the A96 motorway, take the "Weißensberg" exit. From there drive in the direction of Lindau, through Rotkreuz until the exit to Oberreitnau. After approx. 3 km there is a railway subway and roundabout. Go straight on towards Unterreitnau (signposted). In Unterreitnau turn right at the crossroads, then the 3rd house on the right - house no. 8.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information
