Die Ferienwohnung ist 45 qm groß, sehr hell und für 2 Persone ausgerichtet. Sie befindet sich im zweiten Obergeschoss. Die Räumlichkeiten sind mit Parkettboden und Teppich ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit TV und einer bequemen Couch-welche als Schlafsofa umfunktioniert werden kann. Es gibt eine Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle, Induktionsherd (ohne Dunstaubzugshaube) in der kleinere Speisen zubereitet werden können. Badezimmer mit Regendusche und WC. Im Schlafzimmer kann ein Baby Zustellbett untergebracht werden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Rauchen in der Wohnung nicht gestattet ist und Haustiere nicht erlaubt sind.

Seenah, mittendrin und außergewöhnlich unsere zwei neuen Ferienwohnungen Studio Fridolin und Studio Johanna-benannt nach den Gründern der Konditorei/Cafe Vogler im Jahre 1960! Das Cafe und die Konditorei gibt es nun nicht mehr, aber es wurde in den alten Räumlichkeiten fleißig renoviert und umgestaltet. Sogar die alten Fliesen aus dem Jahre 1896 konnten unter einer dicken Teppich und Kleberschicht wiederhervorgebracht werden! Das Ergebniss kann sich sehen lassen, zwei sehr schöne und hochwertige Studios für Ihren Urlaub in Lindau-nur 2 Minuten vom See enrfernt. Übrigens-in der Backstube wird weiterhin mit viel Liebe allerlei Kuchen und Torten für unser Corner Cafe direkt am Hafen produziert.

Description

The bright and spacious holiday flat for max. 4 people on the second floor (without lift) is located in the heart of the old town. Freshly renovated, newly furnished and equipped with parquet flooring throughout, the holiday flat shines in new splendour. It is equipped with a kitchenette (cooker, microwave, fridge), bed linen and towels, and there is a hairdryer in the bathroom. For the third (15€) and fourth person we charge an additional 10,00 €, please note that our holiday flat is a non-smoking flat and pets are not allowed. We are happy to provide you with an underground parking space for your car (€ 15.00 per day) and up to 2 bicycles can be safely parked in the hallway. The railway station, pedestrian zone and boat landing stage are just a few minutes away. You will find a bicycle hire shop in the immediate neighbourhood. For a stay of two weeks, we will spoil you with a voucher for a gourmet breakfast for 2 people worth €32, redeemable at our Corner Café right by the harbour. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests in beautiful Lindau.

We ask for the date of birth of all guests travelling with you - is required for the guest card/visitor's tax exemption/reduction for disabled or conference guests

Check-in and check-out regulation

Individual arrival from 15:00h (earlier arrival by arrangement) until 22:00h, keybox in the Hintere Metzgergasse. Departure by 10:00am at the latest, so there is still time for a delicious breakfast!

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

The indicated prices do not include the tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site. Detailed information about the tourist tax and the guest card can be found here.

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors’ tax. This is payable separately on arrival.
