Check-in and check-out regulation

Check in is possible from 15:00 to 18:00, check out is requested by 11:00. Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to discuss the arrival time.

Differing cancellation conditions

If the reservation is cancelled or if the guest does not arrive, we will charge 80% of your booking. This applies to cancellations up to 7 days before arrival. Of course, we will do our best to sublet the unused rooms if possible, so that you will not have to pay cancellation fees. 
Please note that separate conditions apply for conferences and group bookings.
