The large living area has a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, electric cooker with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. In addition, a couch, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi ensure your well-being. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed with high-quality mattresses, two bedside tables with lighting and a wardrobe. There is space for your suitcases in the adjacent storage room. The modern bathroom is equipped with a barrier-free shower, WC and hairdryer. Bed linen, hand towels, shower towels and tea towels are provided. If required, a washing machine and dryer are available in the adjoining house for a fee. Pets on request. In front of the flat there is a seating area with a table to enjoy the sun. You can park your car free of charge either directly at the house or in the immediate vicinity.

One bedroom has a double bed (180x200), the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed (160x200cm). The separate kitchen has a dishwasher and a cooker with oven. Description

House centrally and quietly located in the romantic old town area of the island, parking at the house.

The house is situated in the middle of the romantic and historic old town on the island of Lindau in a quiet, sunny location. The proximity to the Inselhalle and the pedestrian zone allows congress participants a stay with short distances. Our comfortably and generously furnished flats for two to four people are equipped with bath/shower & WC, cable TV,W-LAN and direct dial telephone. The private parking space in front of the flat and the step-free access also enable people with walking difficulties to live comfortably.

Our flat house is open all year round.

Our inclusive services: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, hair dryer; cot, high chair and toys are available; one free parking space per flat; pick-up service from the train station or airport; final cleaning included in the daily rate; pets welcome on request; W-LAN; telephone connection.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Arrival is by arrangement - we try to meet your wishes. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the flat by 10:00 am. If you wish, your luggage can be put away before you arrive or after you leave the flat.

Directions

Drive over the pier onto the island along the Heidenmauer on Zwanzigerstrasse, from which you turn left into Paradiesplatz. At the end of Paradiesplatz, turn left again into "In die Grub" (pedestrian area - free for residents). The second street on the left after Storchengasse is "In der Hofstatt". Turn off again here and you will then be directly in front of our Angelika flat house.

Differing cancellation conditions

See our guest accommodation conditions § 3:
The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges both contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration of the contract. A unilateral, cost-free withdrawal on the part of the guest from a binding booking is generally excluded. 
If the guest nevertheless withdraws from the contract, he shall be obliged to pay the agreed or customary price, including the catering portion, irrespective of the time and reason for the withdrawal. However, the owner of the accommodation establishment must allow any expenses saved to be offset against the claim for fulfillment.
According to case law, the value of saved expenses is recognized as reasonable at a flat rate of 20% of the accommodation price for overnight stays with breakfast, a flat rate of 30% for overnight stays with half board, a flat rate of 40% for overnight stays with full board and a flat rate of 10% to 20% for the rental of a vacation apartment or vacation home.
Instead of fulfillment, the owner of the accommodation establishment may demand a flat-rate cancellation fee in the following amount (in each case as a percentage of the agreed accommodation price): Cancellation fees for accommodation in vacation homes/apartments: Cancellation up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period: 25%; Cancellation up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 50%; thereafter 80% and in the event of no-show: 90%

Tourist tax information
