Description

Welcome to our country hotel!

Our family-run country hotel is located not far from Lake Constance in a very quiet location between the mill stream, meadows and fruit trees.
The rooms of the former mill are furnished in country house style. Many offer a balcony as well as painted farmhouse furniture.
Here you have peace and quiet and plenty of space for you and your loved ones.
We run a cosy Vesperstube with regional dishes, a secluded sun terrace and in bad weather a fireplace in the gallery provides a romantic atmosphere.
In part of the former stables, an extremely extensive library invites both young and experienced bookworms to browse.
We cook our own jam, distil our own good schnapps and serve apple juice from our old high-stem fruit. And when the Nonnenbach has enough water, an old hydroelectric power station (built in 1937) still generates electricity. A good part of the hot water needed in the hotel comes from the thermal solar system on the barn roof.
The award-winning hotel building by architect Philip Lutz, Bregenz, dates from 2004, the library (also Lutz) from 2011. All rooms were renovated in 2010/2011.
Around the house there are play facilities for the children and also cats, goats, geese, chickens, a pony and a good-natured farm dog.

Arrival possible from 15:00, departure requested by 11:00.

Differing cancellation conditions

Cancellations up to 4 weeks before the date of arrival are free of charge, up to 2 weeks before we charge 50 %, up to 1 week before the date of arrival and in case of early departure 80 % of the agreed price.

For group bookings with more than 4 rooms, cancellation is free of charge up to 6 weeks before the date of arrival. 50 % of the tour price is charged for cancellations up to 3 weeks before the date of arrival. 80 % is charged up to one week before the date of arrival and in the case of early departure. 

In accordance with § 309 No. 5b of the German Civil Code (BGB), we would like to point out that you have the option of proving that no damage or a lesser amount of damage has been incurred.

Tourist tax information
