Our small 1-room holiday flat is located on the first floor of a quaint little old town house from the 17th century. With approx. 20 sqm it offers space for two persons. The location is absolutely central in the pedestrian zone, just behind the harbour entrance and only a few metres from the railway station and town hall.
The promenade and the many alleys of the old town invite you to stroll and shop and the many monuments will take you back in time.

Discover the magic of Lake Constance, the interesting history of Lindau, with its special southern air and the recreational environment.
Our holiday apartment is located at the most beautiful spot, right behind the famous port entrance with the lovely waterfront.
The ambience at Lake Constance, which is bordered by Germany, Austria and Switzerland, is a memorable experience at any time of the year. It's always worth bringing some time to spend in the historical old town with its numerous small lanes, the beautiful shops and the cosy cafés.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Arrival from 16:00 o'clock, departure till 10:00 o'clock. Different times are possible on request.

Differing cancellation conditions

Cancellation fees are charged in the following amount (in each case in % of the agreed accommodation price): 
- for cancellation up to the 45th day before the beginning of the rental period: 30%. 
- for cancellation up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 50%. 
- afterwards and in case of no-show: 85%

Tourist tax information
