Description

Our 2- and 3-room holiday flats with comfort are available to you all year round. Our holiday farm is a 15-minute walk from the Lindau island and is located in the green belt of Lindau. The romantic lakeside towns and the nearby countries of Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein are beautiful destinations for excursions. Many cycling and hiking trails lead through the diverse Lake Constance region. Get around with the Lindau city bus without having to worry about parking. Taste our excellent liqueurs and noble brandies from our own distillery as well as our fresh fruit all year round at our organic fruit farm. The large communal terrace with barbecue next to the house and parking spaces are available to our house guests free of charge. For our little guests there is a playground on our property, a table tennis table is also available. In our small farm shop you can buy our self-distilled and award-winning brandies, schnapps and liqueurs as well as our own seasonal fruit such as apples, pears and cherries. You will also find a small selection of wines, honey and other agricultural products from our area. Enjoy your holiday in a nice atmosphere on our holiday farm.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Arrival between 15:00 and 18:00. Departure by 10:00 am at the latest. No arrivals and departures possible on Sundays and public holidays. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

The indicated prices do not include the tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site. Detailed information about the tourist tax and the guest card can be found here.

Important payment information and other conditions

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. We'll give you another booking order via email or mail in which we give you payment dates and bank account dates.
Please note that the city tax is needed to be paid in cash, because we do not have a card reader.
