Description

Welcome to our apartment in the Lindau-Reutin district. Our apartment is about 60 square meters and is on the 1st floor of a residential complex. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large closet and a storage area for suitcases etc. The large south-facing balcony is provided with an awning and has sun from midday to evening. Accessible from the bedroom and living room. The living room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, radio and a fold-out couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler, microwave, kettle, fridge and stove. The dining area has a small balcony with morning sun. The bathroom is equipped with a tub and shower head and toilet, washing machine and dryer. Iron and ironing board are available. A high chair for smaller children is also available. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. There is a lockable bicycle storage facility in the basement. The city bus stop is approx. 100m away. The bus takes you directly to the island. Restaurants and shops are easily accessible..

Check-in and check-out regulation

The apartment can be used from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Please contact our manager approximately one hour before arrival.

Directions

Arrival by car, coming from the freeway A96, take the exit Lindau, at the traffic circle take the 2nd exit and follow the Robert-Bosch-Straße approx. 1 km, here turn right into the Heuriedweg. Follow the road until the next traffic circle, where you take the 3rd exit and follow the road for about 200 meters. Then turn right into Steigstraße, which you follow for about 700 meters before turning left into Schulstraße at the Steig pharmacy.
Your vacation accommodation is directly on the left side.
 
Arrival by train from the train station Lindau / Reutin, take the city bus line 1 in the direction of "Oberhochsteg" to the stop Schule Reutin. Follow the road for about 100 meters until the vacation accommodation is located on the right side.

Differing cancellation conditions

Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival; after that, 90 % of the booked travel price will be charged as cancellation costs.

Tourist tax information

The indicated prices do not include the tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site. Detailed information about the tourist tax and the guest card can be found here.

Important payment information and other conditions

The total rental price is to be paid either in advance by bank transfer or upon arrival and handover of the keys in cash. The conclusion of the accommodation contract is binding once we have confirmed the duration and price of the accommodation or the down payment has been made.
The rental price is for 2 people 50.00 €, for 3 people 55.00 €, for 4 people 60.00 €, plus local tourist tax.
