This high-quality and tastefully furnished flat with approx. 56 square metres of living space has a fully equipped kitchenette with coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, cooker with oven, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses and extra-long bed linen for tall visitors. The comfortable pull-out spring-core sofa bed in the living room offers you flexibility for different sleeping habits. You will also find a television and a radio with CD player here.
Both the bedroom and the living room are fitted with external roller blinds.
The bright daylight bathroom has a washbasin, WC and shower.
Your garden seating area has a dining area and a wooden deck with comfortable deckchairs. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped garden right by the pond and end the day with a view of the water. This is also the place where you can smoke. We would like to expressly point out that we have a heart for smokers, but smoking is not permitted in the flat to avoid disagreements with the next guest.

This flat has approx. 50 square metres of living space and offers enough room for 2 people to relax.

You sleep in a double bed with separate mattresses and adjustable slatted frames on both sides. You will find plenty of storage space in the spacious mirrored wardrobe.
Attractively furnished, you will find a TV and CD player with radio in the living room. The sofa bed with sleeping function in the living room can be used to accommodate flexible sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, cooker with oven, kettle and toaster. The bright daylight bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, WC, bidet and bathtub with shower partition.  
You sleep in a double bed with separate mattresses and adjustable slatted frames on both sides. You will find plenty of storage space in the spacious mirror cabinet.
 
Enjoy sunsets on the covered balcony. Look out over the lake and round off the day with a sundowner. This is also the place where you can smoke. We would like to emphasise that although we have a heart for smokers, smoking is not permitted in the flat to avoid disagreements with the next guest.

Description

 INSEL and SEENAH, you have the possibility to choose between an apartment with loggia and lake view and an apartment with a seat and berth at the idyllic garden pond. You can see more details on our direct homepage. So much just in front, both apartments are appealing, modern and well maintained. You will always find a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, as well as a refrigerator with ice compartment. Both apartments have a separate bedroom with double beds, but also a sofa bed. We would be pleased if you take a look around in our house on the Internet at www.stache-fewo.de. If you have any questions, you can of course contact us personally or by mail.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Usually the apartment is ready for occupancy from 15.00 hrs, but can be ready for occupancy earlier after consultation.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment around 11.00 am.

Differing cancellation conditions

Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival; after that 90 % of the booked travel price will be charged as cancellation fees.

Tourist tax information
