Our DTV-classified 3-star holiday apartments are located on the outskirts of Lindau but are still central. The Austrian border is only 1 km meters away. The island of Lindau is 4.5 km away and can be easily reached in a few minutes by car. The bus stop is also almost on the doorstep. It is 2 km to the lake; to Bregenz, the Vorarlberg state capital, 6 km. Free, private parking spaces are available on the property. WiFi is available free of charge. Bicycles can be stored with us.

Please contact the host 5 days before arrival to discuss your individual arrival time.Please fill out the Holidu check-in form, which was sent to you by email, in full, including your address. This will help the host prepare for your stay in the best possible way.On arrival, please have the money for the tourist tax ready as appropriate as possible; you must pay this to your host on site.

Directions

Arrival by public transport, from Lindau Central Station with line 1 to ZUP and then with line 5 to the Rickenbach stop. Free use of the Lindau city bus with the EBC.Coming by car from the A96, take the 1st exit at the roundabout, turn right at the next intersection, at the end of the 10km/h zone turn right into Rickenbacher Str., after about 100 meters on the right is the destination.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

Important payment information and other conditions

The host reserves the right to ask for a deposit (20% of the price) and will contact you directly. The deposit will only be refunded up to 30 days before departure in case of cancellation.
