Die Ferienwohnung wurde im Mai 2019 neu eingerichtet und befindet sich in Lindau im Stadtteil Reutin und ist dennoch nur einige Minuten von der "Lindauer-Insel" entfernt. Auf ca. 50qm Wohnfläche können bis zu drei Personen einen komfortablen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen. Die Ferienwohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung und vereint Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer in einem großen Raum, der unsere Gäste die häuslichen Aktivitäten gemeinsam genießen lässt. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und separates WC. Alle Räume sind modern und hochwertig eingerichtet.

Das Wohnzimmer beitet ein großes gemütliches Sofa mit Sitz- und Schlafmöglichkeiten (für eine Person). Ein Flatscreen Fernseher mit Kabelempfang sorgt für angenehme Unterhaltung. Das Esszimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem großen Esstisch und Stühlen. Die modern und großzügig ausgestattete Küche bietet Geschirr, Töpfe und alles was Sie zum Kochen brauchen. Der Elektroherd mit Ceran Kochfeld und Backofen, der Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, die Geschirrspülmaschine, die Kaffeemaschine, der Toaster etc. sind allesamt qualitativ hochwertige Geräte namhafter Hersteller. Alle Zimmer sind mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt zudem über einen Garten mit Terrasse. Diese lädt zum Sonnenbad ein. Bequeme Gartenmöbel garantieren einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Freien.

Description

The comfortable holiday flat "H.N.H." was newly furnished in May 2019 and is located in the Reutin district of Lindau. The flat is on the ground floor and offers 50 square metres of space for 1-3 people. A bakery, drinks market, restaurants and supermarkets are just one minute away. The centrepiece of the flat is the spacious living area. A cosy dining area and the fully equipped kitchen with oven, coffee machine, fridge-freezer and dishwasher offer space and opportunity to cook and enjoy. The living room also has a pull-out couch (1.25x2m) and a TV for relaxing evenings. The bus stop is just a minute's walk from the flat. From here you can explore the city every 30 minutes. The "Lindau Island", which is well worth seeing, is also easily accessible by city bus. Thanks to the Lindau Guest Card, travel on the Lindau city bus is free for you as a holiday guest (April to October). You can reach the shores of Lake Constance within 10 minutes by bike or car for walking, swimming, pedal boating, SUP ...
