Zweifamilienhaus-Hälfte für maximal sechs Personen, 68 qm Wohnfläche, Wohnzimmer mit Galeriebereich, voll ausgestattete Einbauküche, zwei Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Dusche, Wanne und Bidet, Vorraum mit Garderobe, 18 qm-Terrasse. In allen Räumen ist ein Buchen-Parkettboden verlegt (außer Bad).
Im Erdgeschoss liegt der eigene, geräumige Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe, Schuhregal und Schrank (Staubsauger, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Putzutensilien ausgestattet).

Über eine angenehm breite Buchentreppe erreichen Sie das 1. Obergeschoss der gemütlich eingerichteten und lichtdurchfluteten Ferienwohnung. In dem großzügigen Wohn-/Essbereich steht ein Esstisch für 6-8 Personen. Bei Bedarf kann Ihnen ein Kinderhochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Der Wohnbereich ist mit einem Baumwollteppich und einem gemütlichen Sofa ausgestattet, welches zu einem Doppelbett ausgeklappt werden kann. Ein hübscher Jugendstilschrank enthält Infomaterial zur Region, Bücher, Spiele und Geschirr; das TV-Board mit Fernseher, Radio, CD- und DVD-Anlage und einer kleinen Auswahl an DVDs kann gerne genutzt werden. Der gemütliche Korbsessel lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Die große, nach Süden ausgerichtete Terrasse ist direkt angrenzend an den Wohn-/Essbereich. Für Sie stehen ein Holztisch mit sechs Stühlen, eine Sonnenliege, ein großer Sonnenschirm und ein Weber-Gasgrill zur Benutzung bereit. Im Haus haben Sie W-LAN zur Verfügung.

Im 1. Obergeschoss befindet sich außerdem ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, einem Stuhl, einem kleinen Tisch mit Lampe, einem Kleiderschrank und einem Wandspiegel. Diese und alle anderen Betten sind ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Bettdecken und Kissen (Allergiker-geeignet), Matratzenschonern und Bettbezügen.
Auch das helle Badezimmer mit Außenfenster befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss und ist ausgestattet mit Badewanne, Duschkabine, Waschbecken, WC, PD, Waschmaschine, Badvorleger, ausreichend Handtüchern (ein Duschhandtuch und zwei Handtücher pro Person) und Spiegelschrank.
Die freundliche, helle und voll ausgestattete Einbauküche liegt ebenfalls im 1. Obergeschoss - sie ist wie folgt ausgestattet: Elektroherd mit Backofen und Ceranfeld, Dunstabzugshaube, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, verschiedene Töpfe und Pfannen (auch große Töpfe), Milchtopf, doppelter Satz Essgeschirr für sechs Personen (Teller, Suppenteller, Müslischalen, Salatschüsseln, Vorlegeplatte, Kinderbesteck, Messer, Gabeln, Teelöffel, Kuchengabeln, Weingläser, Trinkgläser, Weizengläser) und Arbeitsbesteck (Sägemesser, Gemüsemesser, Schäler Gemüsehobel, Kochlöffel, Suppenschöpfer, Salatbesteck, Spätzlehobel, Mixer, Flaschenöffner, Korkenzieher). Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe sind alle einheitlich, neu und modern.

Über eine Galerie kommt man in das lichtdurchflutete zweite Schlafzimmer, das mit einem Doppelbett mit getrennten Matratzen, einem Stuhl, zwei kleinen Tischen mit Leselampe, einem Wandschrank, einer Kleidernische mit Kleiderbügeln und einer kleinen Sitzecke ausgestattet ist. Bei Bedarf stellen wir Ihnen ein Kinderreisebett zur Verfügung.

Description

Haus Herzstein is located in the district of Reutin near the island of Lindau and the Eichwald natural swimming pool. The house is approx. 1500 m from the lake.

You can reach Lindau in half an hour on foot, in 15 minutes by bike or by city bus. The distance to the centre of the island is 3.3 km. The path between the Bregenz Bay and the Small Lake leads to the island via the pier. There you can spend days exploring the old town, strolling through the picturesque pedestrian zone and the many narrow "Gässle" or enjoying the famous view of the Bavarian Lion and the lighthouse at the seaport. The island of Lindau offers numerous opportunities to shop and browse in the many small shops. From handicrafts in a pottery to museum pieces in the Zeller auction house, you will find countless opportunities here.

You will also find a wide variety of places to stop for refreshments on the island. Whether you want to enjoy an ice cream sundae, a cappuccino or the locally typical Meckatzer Weizen at the seaport, or whether you are looking for an eatery or a wine tavern, you will be satisfied on the island. In the evening, we recommend a visit to the wine tavern "Zur Fischerin" in Ludwigstraße, where you can enjoy wine, jazz and cheese salad. When the weather is nice, the café terraces of the hotels at the seaport also invite you to linger in the evening.

The island of Lindau also has a lot to offer culturally. You can visit the museum in the house "Zum Cavazzen" opposite the town church, the Catholic collegiate church, St. Peter's church with its historic thief tower or a performance of the puppet opera.

From Lindau harbour you can take the "White Fleet", i.e. the Lake Constance steamers, to various other excursion destinations.

Well catered for in Lindau

You can reach various shopping facilities from the holiday home. You can buy bread and pastries in a small bakery in the centre of Reutin, in a bakery on Steigstraße or in Schulstraße. You can also buy food and drinks there. In Reutin there are various shops and a supermarket. A large shopping centre is located in Lindau/Reutin at Berliner Platz, the so-called "Lindau Park". Of course, the island of Lindau with its numerous shops invites you to go shopping. There is also a farmers' market on the square between the Protestant town church and the town museum (Cavazzen) on Saturdays and Wednesday mornings.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Arrival is possible on Saturdays from 15:00. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the holiday home broom-clean by 10:00 a.m. so that our employee can carry out the final cleaning for the coming guests.

Directions

If you are travelling to Lindau by public transport, take the city bus line 1 from Lindau main station in the direction of Oberhochsteg. The bus stop Nobelstraße is about 100 metres from the holiday home. Of course, there are also taxis at the Lindau train station that will take you to the holiday home in about 15 minutes.

Coming from the A96 exit Lindau, turn right at the first roundabout into Robert-Bosch-Straße. After approx. 1 km turn right into Heuriedweg. At the next roundabout take the third exit into Rickenbacherstraße. After approx. 300 m you will reach Haus Herzstein on the left-hand side. A parking space reserved for you (protected carport) is designated. A separate, lockable parking space is available for bicycles.
