The holiday flat in Lindau at Lake Constance (Bodensee), in the pretty North-Eastern city district Niederhaus, consists of a large living room with sleep area (extendable couch) and dinette, a bedroom with wooden furniture as well as a comfortably equipped kitchen and shower with toilet. You won't miss anything in your vacation as our holiday flat at Lindau is equipped with satellite TV and with WiFi internet access. It is adequate for up to 3 persons. A large garden with sunny lawns surrounds our house in Lindau's town district Niederhaus. Parking lots are available.

The holiday flat in our own house is located in a delightful environment at the outskirts of Lindau. It is ideal for your recreation and offers a large variety of leisure activities on and around the Lake Constance. Starting from here you can visit numerous objects of interest in the beautiful region where Germany, Austria and Switzerland are bordering closely. You could take a ride on your bikes on small streets without traffic or head for trips into the beautiful alpine region with high mountains, typical animals (cows, sheep, marmots, ibexes, horses) and shiny alpine meadows. Enjoy all the advantages of the fantastic and idyllic location our holiday flat offers to you. The Lake Constance for taking a bath, windsurfing or sailing can be attained comfortably. Busses are plying twice an hour to Lindau and back, using the city busses is free of charge with payment of city tax.

You will find the most beautiful viewpoints from where you have a magnificent sight of Lindau very near to the holiday flat, the Lake Constance and the high alps. A nice golf course, cafés and restaurants are in 5 minutes walking distance.

Check-in and check-out regulation

On arrival day the holiday flat will be ready on 4 p.m. On departure day it shall be left latest by 10 a.m.

Directions

Leave the highway A 96 Munich-Lindau (Autobahn A 96 München-Lindau) at the exit "Weißensberg, Hergensweiler." Shortly after the exit turn to the right and follow the road to Lindau. After 300 meters you reach the Bundesstraße 12, there you turn to the left towards "Lindau." After appr. 2 kilometers on the Bundesstraße 12 leave it at the exit "Rehlings, Oberreitnau." The exit leads to another street crossing after a few meters. You' will read "Oberreitnau" on the traffic sign, please turn to the left and after about 300 meters you reach a crossing, where you have to turn to the left to Lindau, "Ortsteil Niederhaus" - "Golfplatz." Follow this street for about 300 meters and then turn to the left at a very small crossing in front of the Hotel "Bayerischer Hof." This very small street leads directly to our house, in our front garden you will find a wooden sign called "Ferienwohnung Meßmer."

Differing cancellation conditions

Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival; after that 90 % of the booked travel price will be charged as cancellation costs.

Tourist tax information

The indicated prices do not include the tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site. Detailed information about the tourist tax and the guest card can be found here.

Important payment information and other conditions

The host reserves the right to request a deposit after booking and will contact you in this regard. The balance is to be paid in cash on arrival. Alternatively, the total amount including tourist tax can be transferred in advance.
