Description

A bright, friendly and modern furnished vacation apartment awaits you. Classified by the DTV Deutscher Tourismusverband e. V. with 4 stars ****. It is situated in a quiet, central location in Lindau and is only a few minutes' walk from the lakeshore and the island. Shopping facilities, bakeries, doctors and pharmacies are in the immediate vicinity and only a few meters from the house there are stops of the Lindau city bus. The comfortable apartment, which is generously sized for two people at over 60 m², is modernly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. It consists of an entrance area, kitchen, combined living/dining area, bedroom, bathroom, guest WC, balcony and cellar room. The bright fitted kitchen is equipped with microwave, stove with ceramic hob and oven, fridge with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher and various electrical appliances, such as coffee machine, kettle and toaster. In the cozy living/dining area, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, a Blu-ray player and a stereo system (with MP3 connection) provide entertainment. You will also find a separate workstation with telephone in the apartment. In addition to the bathroom, the apartment also has an additional guest WC. Furthermore, the apartment has a beautiful large balcony, which invites you to both sunbathe and relax. You will find a separate, private parking space for your car in the inner courtyard. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers and is rented exclusively to non-smokers. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment. Your beds will be freshly made upon arrival; additional blankets and pillows are of course available on request. Towels and tea towels are provided.

Check-in and check-out regulation

You can arrive from 15:00 to 18:00; on the day of departure, please vacate the flat by 10:00. Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to confirm the handover of the keys.

Directions

With the Lindau city bus, take line 2 from the main station to the Christuskirche stop. Cross the street and walk into Webergasse opposite, follow this alley for about 120 m and then turn right into Vogelsang. Walk this short street to the next bend and go up this street for about 15 m and you will reach Im Vogelsang 12.   
Take the A96 to the Lindau exit and leave the motorway there. You drive straight through the following roundabout and continue in the direction of Lindau Island. After about 2.5 km you will reach the roundabout at Berliner Platz. Drive straight through the roundabout and continue straight ahead towards Friedrichshafen / Krankenhaus. There is another roundabout in Kolpingstraße and you continue straight on.  Now you come to the Aeschach double roundabout - two roundabouts directly following each other. At the second roundabout take the first exit and turn into Ludwig-Kick-Straße. At the first traffic light turn left into the Anheggerstraße and then immediately turn left again into the first street on the left, Webergasse. After about 120 m you will see your destination "Im Vogelsang" on the right. You drive straight ahead until the road bends to the right. The corner property is house number 12.

Differing cancellation conditions

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest pays 90% of the total price in case of cancellation in the 60 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

The guest will be charged a prepayment of up to 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. This is payable separately on arrival.
