Das 34 qm große Apartment für 2-3 Personen wurde komplett saniert und neu eingerichtet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoß. Sie hat einen großen Wohn-Schlafraum, einen zusätzlichen kleinen Schlafraum für eine Person, sowie eine Küchenzeile, neuem Bad mit Dusche und WC. Die Endreinigung und WLAN ist im Preis enthalten. TV, Nichtraucherwohnung, Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, Bettwäsche, Tischwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher, ein Fön und ein abgeschlossener Fahrradabstellplatz ist vorhanden. Zum Be- und Entladen können Sie direkt vor die Haustüre fahren. Einen von uns angemieteten Parkplatz zum Preis von 15,00 € pro Nacht steht unweit der Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Melden Sie sich einfach per Mail, sofern Sie davon Gebrauch machen möchten. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen (Seitenstraße ohne Durchgangsverkehr).Das App. ist zum 5. Mal in Folge in den Jahren 2017/2018/2019/2020/2021 von HolidayCheck mit 6 von maximal 6 Sternen ausgezeichnet worden. Auf Anfrage ist die Wohnung auch ab einer Nacht buchbar.

Aktuelle Informationen: Sie können kontaktlos einchecken. Im Eingang finden Sie Ihren Schlüsselsafe. Unser Haus verfügt über ein hohes Hygieneschutzkonzept. Desinfektionsmittel steht am Eingang bereit. Ihre bereits ausgedruckte Gästekarte finden Sie bei Anreise auf dem Tisch. Das Treppengeländer sowie alle Türgriffe sind desinfiziert.Ein Wäschepaket wird bereitgestellt, wir weisen darauf hin, dass wir ausschließlich über weiße Bettwäsche verfügen, die bei 95 Grad gereinigt wird. Weiße Handtücher und Geschirrtücher werden ebenfalls bei 95 Grad und bunte Handtücher bei 60 Grad gereinigt. Dekodecken und Kissen werden bei jedem Wechsel ausgetauscht. Die komplette Fewo wird bei jedem Gästewechsel grundgereinigt und desinfiziert. Unser oberstes Primat war schon immer "Sauberkeit"! Was in diesen Zeiten noch wichtiger geworden ist! Welcome to sunny Lindau Island! The unique Lake Constance is one of the most beautiful and popular travel destinations in Europe. Two ‘Lindau – the dream island’ holiday apartments are located in a listed residential building in the middle of Lindau Island on sunny Lake Constance. The apartments are in close proximity to the lake promenade, marina, bathing and shopping facilities, cinema, theatre and the island railway station. Enjoy the world-famous harbour entrance with the new lighthouse and the Bavarian lion, the symbol of Lindau, the town that Hölderlin called ‘blissful Lindau’! Enjoy the romantic holiday region on Lake Constance, the Bavarian Riviera. In the border triangle between Germany, Switzerland and Austria, there is something for everyone. Lindau has become our dream island! We have been holidaying on this beautiful island for many years. We come from Hesse and have been lucky enough to live on this liveable, lovable and sun-drenched Lindau island since 2010. We have always admired the beautiful old town houses in Lindau and were really lucky to be able to purchase one here. You will find us very close by and will always have someone to contact; all three apartments are privately run.

Directions

The holiday apartments are located on Lindau Island. You can reach them via the pier; take the first exit on the right at the roundabout. Drive approximately 400 metres along Zwanzigerstraße, past the multi-storey car park, then turn left into Zeppelinstraße. After about 150 metres, turn left at the bend and then immediately right again into Oberer Schrannenplatz. Our house is located about 30 metres further on, on the right-hand side. There is a semicircular canopy above the entrance. Oberer Schrannenplatz 4.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information
