Neu sanierte, bis Anfang 2025-und hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung mit 65 qm Wohnfläche. Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral im Inselkern Lindau. Sie ist ausgestattet mit einem Schlafzimmer-Doppelbett 180 cm Breite, einem großen Wohnzimmer, einer Wohnküche mit neuer Einbauküche, einem neu sanierten Bad, neuer separaten Toilette und einem separaten Kleider/Schrank-Zimmer. Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein offener Platz mit Brunnen, Linde und Mammutbaum. Bei Anreise mit dem eigenen PKW kann das Gepäck direkt vor der Haustüre entladen werden. Bis zu zwei Fahrräder finden im Hausflur Platz. Bitte haben Sie Verständnis, dass unsere Ferienwohnung nur "straßenschuhfrei" zu betreten ist - und dass sie nicht geeignet ist für Kinder unter 10 Jahren. Fußläufig in wenigen Minuten sind Geschäfte, Restaurants, Cafés, der Hafen mit Leuchtturm, das Theater, das Alte Rathaus, der Marktplatz, das Kunstmuseum und der wöchentliche Bauernmarkt am neuen Therese-von-Bayern-Platz zu erreichen. Ebenso zu Fuß erreichbar sind Bushaltestellen des Lindauer Stadtbusses (1 min)und der Inselbahnhof (5 min). Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3.OG eines Altstadthauses. Description

2019 renovated, high quality and newly equipped apartment with 110 sqm living space. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an old town house, centrally located in the island core. It is equipped with two bedrooms (each with a double bed), a large living room, a kitchen-living room, a newly designed bathroom and an extra wardrobe room.
In front of the house there is an open space with a view of a sequoia and a well.
If you arrive with your own car, luggage can be unloaded directly in front of the house door. There is room for up to two bicycles in the hallway.
Please understand that the newly renovated holiday apartment can only be entered "street shoe free" and that it is not suitable for children under 6 years of age. If the holiday flat is occupied with only one bedroom, the size of the flat is 90 square meters.

Within a few minutes walking distance you can reach shops, restaurants, cafés, the old town hall, the market place, the art museum, the theatre, the harbour and the lighthouse as well as the weekly farmers' market at the new Therese-von-Bayern-Platz. Also within walking distance are bus stops of the Lindau city bus and Lindau central station.

Differing cancellation conditions

Stornierungen bis 30 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei möglich. Stornierungen bis 7 Tage vor der Anreise werden mit 50 % des Reisepreises berechnet. Spätere Stornierungen werden mit 90 % des Reisepreise berechnet.

Der Mietpreis beträgt bei Belegung mit 1 Person 115 Euro/Tag und bei Belegung mit 2 Personen 130 Euro/Tag.
Die Kurtaxe ist nicht im Reisepreis enthalten und wird separat berechnet.
Der Mindestaufenthalt beträgt im Juli und August mindestens 4 Tage, ansonsten 3 Tage.
