Unsere freundliche und hell eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung ist ca. 38 qm groß und eignet sich ideal für zwei Personen. Die Unterkunft ist auch für Allergiker geeignet. Das gemütliche Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei bequeme Einzelbetten mit guten Matratzen. Das Wohnzimmer ist nicht so groß, aber bietet alles, was man braucht: ein bequemes Sofa und ein Sat.-TV. Die Küche mit hellem Sitzplatz ist voll ausgestattet und bietet eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Toaster und Backofen zur Eigenverpflegung. In unserem neuen Bad gibt es eine Dusche und ein WC. Ein hübscher Gartensitzplatz, sowie ein abschließbarer Fahrradkeller runden unser Angebot ab. Ihr Auto können Sie direkt am Haus parken. Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass in unserer Ferienwohnung nicht geraucht werden darf.

Description

HERZLICH WILLKOMMEN in unserer Ferienwohnung. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen, idyllischen Lage im Ortsteil Lindau-Aeschach, nur 100 m vom See und Bodenseerundradweg entfernt, der ideale  Startpunkt für wunderschöne Ausflüge am See. Zur Insel Lindau sind es nur zehn Minuten zu Fuß, immer am See entlang und mit einem spektakulären Panoramablick auf die Schweizer Alpen. Das Aeschacher Bad, eines von drei historisch erhaltenen Pfahlbädern im Bodensee, ist ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die nächste Bushaltestelle, sowie Bahnhalt befindet sich in der Nähe. WLAN und ein Parkplatz stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis, dass das Mitbringen von Haustieren in unserer Ferienwohnung nicht erlaubt ist.

Arrival is possible from 3 p.m., on the day of departure the apartment is available until 10 a.m. Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to discuss the arrival time.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
