Description

Our house offers our guests a peaceful setting in the countryside, surrounded by orchards. It is about a 20-minute walk to Lindau's local mountain, the Hoyerberg. From there, you can enjoy a magnificent view of Lindau Island, Lake Constance and the neighbouring mountains of Austria and Switzerland. The nearest bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away, and the nearest bakery or shopping centre is about an 8-10 minute walk away. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the island of Lindau. Lindau Hospital (with dialysis unit) is about a 3-minute walk away.

Directions

Coming from Munich/Ulm on the A96 motorway, take the Lindau exit shortly before the Austrian border. Continue towards Friedrichshafen until you reach the double roundabout in Aeschach. After approx. 300 m, turn right onto Schöngartenstraße, towards the Asklepios Clinic emergency room. From the B31 coming from Friedrichshafen, drive to the Sigmarszell motorway junction. From there, head towards Austria. Then follow the directions above for coming from Munich/Ulm.

Differing cancellation conditions

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date; thereafter, 90% of the booked travel price will be charged as cancellation fees.

The holiday flat is located in the Lindau-Hochbuch district and has a size of 48 m². The holiday flat is ideal for 2 people. We rent it out from March to October. The daily rate is €80.00, plus visitor's tax. The minimum stay is 5 nights; for stays of 10 nights or more, the cost per night is reduced by €5.00. Payment of the visitor's tax entitles you to free use of the Lindau city bus. After receiving the booking confirmation, an advance payment of approximately 40% of the total cost must be transferred. The remaining amount must be transferred to the specified account at least one week before departure.
