The large holiday flat is located in a modern, newly renovated 2-family house and has been classified with five stars by the German Tourism Association. The very spacious and light-flooded living room has a cosy dining area with a round table and a large, pull-out corner couch. The patio doors in the living room lead directly onto the covered terrace.

Next door is the bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed, an extra bed and a wardrobe. Both the living room and the bedroom have new, high-quality parquet flooring.

The modern bathroom was recently refurbished and is equipped with a walk-in shower with glass cubicle and a bathtub. The toilet is located in a separate room. Towels are available on request. There is also a washing machine in the holiday flat.

The fully equipped eat-in kitchen has a coffee machine and coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, freezer compartment and dishwasher, leaving nothing to be desired.

Two car parking spaces in the carport and a storage area for bicycles round off the holiday flat. The Hanssen family offers its own bicycles for hire on request and for a fee.
The final cleaning is carried out by the tenant. Alternatively, it is possible to book the final cleaning as an additional service for € 95.00. The flat is equipped for two persons.

Description

The Hanssen holiday flat is located in the Reutin district of Lindau in a quiet residential street and offers a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. Enjoy the marvellous view from the covered south-facing terrace, which is equipped with an outdoor table and garden chairs, and let your gaze wander over Lake Constance and the Swiss and Austrian Alps.

The location of the Hanssen holiday flat is also ideal for excursions to the Lake Constance region or the neighbouring countries of Austria and Switzerland. Just a few metres from the house is a bus stop (Wannental) for the Lindau city bus (line 1), which takes you easily to the island of Lindau.

In the beautifully maintained garden, garden loungers are available for relaxing hours and in the evening the barbecue area invites you to a cosy get-together.

Check-in and check-out regulation

By arrangement (telephone or e-mail); otherwise arrival is possible from 14:00. Departure is requested by 10:00 am.

Motorway A96 exit Lindau, until roundabout in front of Aral petrol station, 2nd exit turn right into Rob.-Bosch-Str., 900 m straight ahead, turn right into Heuriedweg, after 300 m cross Rickenbacher Str., continue straight ahead, after 200 m turn left into Wannental, after 300 m turn right into Bantingstraße, 200 m further on, turn right into Röntgenweg, uphill to Bäuerlinshalde, turn right, 2nd house / gate entrance (electric sliding gates), carport with 2 parking spaces, bicycle shed.

Differing cancellation conditions

Cancellation is possible up to 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, whereby the following fees apply (no fee will be charged if an equivalent replacement tenant is provided): up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period 2 daily rates, up to 2 weeks before the start of the rental period 50% of the total amount.

Tourist tax information

Important payment information and other conditions

Deposit 2 daily rates on conclusion of contract, balance 30 days before start of rental by bank transfer as specified in the rental contract. The final cleaning is carried out by the tenant. Alternatively, it is possible to book the final cleaning as an additional service for € 95.00.
