Ein Bad mit Fenster, Badewannen/Duschkombination, ein modernes Küchen/Esszimmer welches komplett eingerichtet ist, ein Wohnzimmer mit Radio, TV und einem Schlafsofa für eine eventuelle dritte Person und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, die auch zum Doppelbett umfunktioniert werden können stehen zur Verfügung. Bei Bedarf ist auch ein Babyreisebett vorhanden und kann dazu gestellt werden. Direkt vor der Wohnung befindet sich eine Sitz/Rauchmöglichkeit und der Parkplatz für die Gäste.

Welcome to Lindau! This modern 2 room holiday flat is located on the ground floor of the semi-detached house. The house is situated on the edge of Unterreitnau am Berg. Unterreitnau is a small village about 5km north of Lindau. There is a direct bus connection to the town. This runs every half hour to Lindau and the surrounding area. It's even free with a guest card! From here you have a beautiful view of the mountain panorama. Lots of nature and hiking opportunities are available. Directly in front of the flat there is a seating/smoking area and a car park for guests.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
