Our holiday apartment has been awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV) and features modern, high-quality furnishings.

The apartment has its own ground-level entrance and a large south-facing terrace. Through the spacious hallway with a wardrobe and shoe cabinet, you enter the modern, light-filled living and sleeping area, which is equipped with a double bed, two mirrored wardrobes, a wall unit, and a large table with two armchairs. Floor-to-ceiling windows and terrace doors allow you to enjoy the view of the garden and your sun terrace. A seating area, two sun loungers, and parasols are provided for your use.

The two-row kitchen is well-equipped with a two-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, mini-oven, and kitchen utensils. Additionally, you can use the Nespresso bar in the entrance area and browse through interesting books from the shelf. The bathroom features a window, shower/WC, and a vanity with a mirror cabinet.

The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, an automatic ventilation system, electric external blinds, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi.

The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers and is only rented to non-smokers. Pets are not permitted. A ventilation system is also in place (outdoor air enters the rooms purified through a filter), making the holiday home ideal for allergy sufferers.

Description

In our modern Villa am Park in Lindau-Schachen, we offer you a high-quality, comfortable vacation apartment (45 sqm) for two persons in a quiet, lakeside location.

A free parking lot is available at the house, in the garden there are bicycle parking possibilities for you.

The apartment has its own entrance and a large south-facing terrace.

The Lake Constance and the Lindenhofpark with a free seaside resort and gastronomy can be reached on foot within a few minutes, as well as the well-known hotel "Bad Schachen" with a variety of offers also for external guests (SPA, lido with heated pool, restaurant, bar, etc.), landing stage (Bregenz Festival), boat rental.

To the Lindauer Insel there is a nice foot/cycle path mainly along the shore (approx. 2 km). City bus stop, bakery/café, restaurant are 100 m away.

You can pursue numerous leisure activities in the immediate vicinity: Cycling on the Lake Constance cycle path, Nordic walking, miniature golf, tennis and SUP.

Directions

You can reach Villa Bianca by public transport from train station Lindau-Reutin as follows take the city bus line 1 or 3, change at the ZUP in Anheggerstraße to line 4 direction Alwind, get off at Schachener Hof. Cross the crosswalk at the Leonhardskapelle and enter the Oeschländerweg; this splits after about 100 m and you keep to the right. After another 50 m you have arrived.

By car, from Lindau follow the sign "Bad Schachen" until you reach the Oeschländerweg opposite the small Leonhardskapelle. Here you continue until you reach Villa Bianca as described above.

Differing cancellation conditions

Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival date; after that 90 % of the booked travel price will be charged as cancellation fees.
