Holiday apartment for up to four people with a spacious balcony offering views of the mountain panorama. The apartment has a living room with TV and open-plan kitchenette, a separate bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC. Free Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house are available to all guests.

Please note that this flat has one bedroom and one bathroom and is suitable for up to 4 people. If you would like to use a second bedroom and second bathroom, we charge an additional fee of 25 € per night upon arrival.

Holiday apartment for up to four people. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two people, a bedroom with double bed for two people and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
For an additional charge of EUR 45.00 per day, a separate double room on the same floor can be rented for two people and used for the third and fourth persons. This room is equipped with a television, a double bed and its own bathroom with shower and toilet. A kettle is available.
Free Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house are available for your use.

Description

Unser Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Randbereich der Stadt Lindau, ca. 3 km vom Bodensee und der Insel Lindau entfernt. Es ist umgeben von Wiesen und Obstplantagen mit Sicht auf die nahen Berge Österreichs und der Schweiz. Im landwirtschaftlichen Bereich des Hauses werden Obstanbau und Brennerei betrieben. Die Insel Lindau, ebenfalls die Strandbäder, sind mit dem Pkw, Stadtbus oder auch mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Direkt vom Haus weg besteht die Möglichkeit zu ausgedehnten Wanderungen. Trimmpfade für sportliche Aktivitäten und ein Golfplatz, an dem Tagesberechtigungen gelöst werden können, befinden sich in nächster Nähe. Rund um das Haus besteht für Kinder reichlich Bewegungsmöglichkeit. Kostenfreies WLAN und Parkmöglichkeiten steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date; thereafter, 90% of the booked travel price will be charged as cancellation fees.
