Holiday apartment for up to four people with a spacious balcony offering views of the mountain panorama. The apartment has a living room with TV and open-plan kitchenette, a separate bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC. Free Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house are available to all guests.

Please note that this flat has one bedroom and one bathroom and is suitable for up to 4 people. If you would like to use a second bedroom and second bathroom, we charge an additional fee of 25 € per night upon arrival.

Holiday apartment for up to four people. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two people, a bedroom with double bed for two people and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
For an additional charge of EUR 45.00 per day, a separate double room on the same floor can be rented for two people and used for the third and fourth persons. This room is equipped with a television, a double bed and its own bathroom with shower and toilet. A kettle is available.
Free Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house are available for your use.

Description

Our house is located in a quiet suburb of Lindau, approx. 3 km from Lake Constance and Lindau Island. It is surrounded by meadows and orchards with views of the nearby mountains of Austria and Switzerland. The agricultural part of the property is used for fruit growing and distilling. The island of Lindau and the lidos can be reached in a few minutes by car, city bus or bicycle. There are opportunities for long hikes directly from the house. Fitness trails for sporting activities and a golf course, where day passes can be purchased, are located in the immediate vicinity. There is plenty of space for children to play around the house. Free WiFi and parking are available for our guests.

Differing cancellation conditions

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date; thereafter, 90% of the booked travel price will be charged as cancellation fees.

Tourist tax information

The prices quoted do not include visitor's tax. The local visitor's tax must be paid on site. Detailed information on visitor's tax and guest cards can be found here.
