Located on the first floor, this room has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. One room also has a spacious seating area with a sofa. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen TV.
A Bluetooth speaker, minibar, capsule coffee machine and kettle for making tea are also provided. The bathroom does not have natural light, but is equipped with a large rain shower, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. The large window front makes the room particularly light and airy.
The room can also be booked for 2 or 3 people.

Just 50 steps from the lake, this newly renovated, bright and cosy 2-room holiday apartment is located in the heart of Lindau Island on the first floor of one of the oldest buildings in the historic island town. You can expect a lovingly furnished living room/bedroom (with a pull-out couch for a possible third person person), a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped, high-quality kitchen with a country-style dining area. The white wooden furniture exudes cosiness and creates a holiday feeling. The apartment has parquet flooring throughout. You can reach the quietly located holiday apartment via the Mautgässele, a narrow pedestrian alley. To load and unload your luggage, you may drive through Ludwigstrasse to the front of the Hotel Ratsstuben.

 

Included in the price: bed linen, towels for the bathroom and kitchen, bathrobes for adults, a beach bag with towels for 2 people, 2 capsules for the coffee machine per night booked.

 

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Our unique location on the island of Lindau in the immediate vicinity of the lake and the spectacular Alpine panorama are extras that create a very special flair at any time of year.
Whether with the family, as a stop during a bike tour or on business - the harmonious combination of history and modern, comfortable feel-good atmosphere makes every stay in our house a pleasure.
Our 19 individually designed rooms will welcome you with spaciousness, warm colours and comfort in a stylish ambience.

Directions

The train takes you directly to the Lindau Island. After leaving the station, cross the street and follow Ludwigstraße to Reichsplatz - this is located behind the historic and colourfully painted town hall. Follow Ludwigstraße straight ahead and after about 400 m or a five minute walk you will reach Hotel Ratsstuben on the right side of the street.
By car follow the signs to Lindau-Insel. Cross the bridge over the island and stay on the main road (Zwanzigerstraße). Pass the Inselhalle and turn left at the roundabout before the Thierschbrücke bridge. Follow this road until you reach the train station. Here you turn left next to the Hotel Bayerischer Hof into Ludwigstraße. Cross Ludwigstraße and Reichsplatz until you reach the Hotel Ratsstuben. The hotel is located on the right side of the street. 
Are you travelling with the navigation system? Please enter Bahnhofsplatz as address, otherwise the navigation system will take you through the pedestrian zone. From Bahnhofsplatz it is only about 400 m through Ludwigstraße to Hotel Ratsstuben.

Differing cancellation conditions

For booking of
1-2 nights or rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days before arrival,
3-4 nights or rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days before arrival,
from 5 nights or rooms until 21 days before arrival free of charge cancellation possible.
After that 90 % of the booked services will be charged as cancellation costs, unless the services can be sold otherwise.
Other cancellation conditions may apply during trade fairs and conferences.

Tourist tax information
