The holiday flat is located on the second floor of your hosts' house, which you can access via a separate entrance. In addition to a large balcony where you can enjoy the sunset in the evening, this 77 m² holiday flat offers everything five people need for a relaxing stay:
Two bedrooms, spacious bathroom with WC, kitchen-diner with cosy corner bench, spacious living room, large balcony

On arrival, you will find freshly washed and made beds in both bedrooms – one is furnished with a comfortable double bed, the other with two single beds.
The spacious wardrobes will accommodate your clothing during your stay.
If your children are not yet able to sleep in one of the beds, age-appropriate cots are available.

Description

Our rural farm is suitable for people of all ages who are looking for relaxation. Here you can switch off in peace and enjoy the country life and nature. But this does not mean that fox and hare say good night to each other. Even we have a connection to public transport: the Lindau city bus - the bus stop is about 10 minutes walk away. From our "ranch" you can make wonderful excursions and hikes.

You can park your car on the parking spaces directly in front of the house.
For your brought bicycles / skis and other sports equipment there is shelter available. And for the children there is a sandbox, a swing with slide and a trampoline.

The next village is Oberreitnau. There you will find everything for your daily needs: bakers, butchers, grocery shops, doctors, pharmacy, banks and restaurants with beer gardens. There is also an attractive family outdoor pool here.
The historic old town on the Lindau island with its romantic alleys and dreamy courtyards and squares invites you to stroll around. The surrounding towns and communities such as Wangen (Allgäu), Bregenz (Vorarlberg), Scheidegg (Allgäu), Wasserburg am Bodensee are also ideal places to relax and unwind.

Directions

Eggatsweiler lies in the quiet hinterland between Ober- and Unterreitnau.

Differing cancellation conditions

If the holiday flat is reoccupied, there are no cancellation fees, otherwise 90% of the booked travel price.

Tourist tax information

Payment is to be made in cash on arrival. The minimum stay should be 7 days. However, exceptions are possible after consultation. Depending on the season, the price per night may vary.
