Check-in and check-out regulation

If you expect to arrive after 18:00, please inform Hotel The Medusa in advance. The reception for your arrival is open until 20:00. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.

Differing cancellation conditions

Individual bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, after that 80% cancellation fee will be charged. Group bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival.

Different cancellation conditions may apply for conferences, trade fairs and groups.

Tourist tax information
