Description
There is a juwel under the roof, as unique as Lindau island. Embark a journey through the traces of time and open the door to an unforgettable, inspirational oasis of well-being. In earlier times, it was the attic of a now heritage-protected merchant´s house built around 1728. In full harmony, it has now become a dream loft for holiday guests. The Loft´s special charme is due to the open roof beam construction as well as the visibly preserved original walls. Ambitious architecture has been rounded off by creating a uniqe symbiosis combining origin, tradition and modernity. The Loft offers almost limitless open space on 290 square metres and is situated on three floors. The open space is there for well-being and relaxing and can be shared with up to 10 people.

Parking possibilities of Loft 1728: Loading and unloading your vehicle is allowed in front of the entrance of Loft 1728 between 8 and 11 a.m. Upon agreement with the Landlord, arrival or departure is also possible during other times. Usage of permanent parking spaces on parking lots P3 and P5 (8 minutes walking distance) is included.
Directions
In the middle of Lindau island Cramergasse 9 is in the center of Lindau island and only a stone's throw from the historical market place. Although directly located in the Old Town, it is very quiet around here - what is also due to the surrounding pedestrian area. In its narrow alleys and the ancient course of road, you will discover a lot of stores and restaurants. Just around the corner stretches out the weekly market, the theater, museums and churches. If you are in the mood, use the bathing possibilities at the lake. Lindau congress hall and Casino are only a few minutes away. Harbour and main station are 8 minutes away.
Entrance of Cramergasse 9: Loft 1728 is situated on three floors in the former attic of the nowadays heritage-protected merchant´s house. You can get access to the holiday home on the 2nd floor via the staircase in house „Cramergasse 9“. There is no lift and the apartment is not barrier free. There is a storage area for bicycles. Pets are not allowed. Please understand that all rooms are smoke-free.
Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
Tourist tax information
The indicated prices do not include the tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site. Detailed information about the tourist tax and the guest card can be found here.
