The holiday apartment measuring approx. 70 m2 is the centerpiece of one of the oldest buildings on Lindau Island – it has existed for at least 600 years. Crooked walls, slanted floors – it doesn´t get more picturesque than this. But despite the charming appeal of past centuries the apartment´s furnishing is individual, modern and comfortable. Four people can feel completely at home and will find two sleeping accommodations in the living room and bedroom respectively. The special feature: Despite its location in the town´s center, the apartment faces the backyard and is therefore very quiet. A little balcony provides the romantic setting for a glass of wine à deux. By the way, there is, of course, room for children and we can supply an additional bed, if necessary.

Das Herz am rechten Fleck: Ganz neu ist unser ca. 30 qm großes Apartment im 2.ten Stock unseres Vorderhauses. Das Gebäude ist etwa 150 Jahre alt. Je weiter man nach oben steigt, umso jünger wird es. Die Räume sind hoch, offen und klar. In diesem Wohnkonzept haben wir alles vereint, was uns am Herzen liegt: geborgenes Wohngefühl, besondere Einrichtung und viel, viel Persönliches. Das Apartment ist zum ruhigen Hinterhof ausgerichtet und bietet eine kleine Küche, schicke Sitzgelegenheiten und ein bequemes Bett. Ein neu renoviertes Badezimmer mit bodenebener Dusche komplettiert das Urlaubsdomizil.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt mitten im Altstadtkern und saugt die unvergleichliche Atmosphäre unserer kleinen Welt auf. Ausgerichtet für 2 Personen: Übrigens: Für ein kleines Kind haben wir immer ein Zustellbett.

An apartment on the 1st floor of our rear building, furnished with bright colors and a light beach style. In a quiet location with a small balcony and a view of a cozy inner courtyard. The apartment has a bedroom with a 1.60 m wide bed and a nice large wardrobe. The living room is generously equipped and has the option of accommodating another person on the 1.30 m wide sofa bed. The bathroom has a cozy large bathtub, a washing machine and enough storage space. The real highlight is our cozy yellow kitchen. For a sunny start to the day. Overall, the apartment impresses with many small charming details - an apartment where you can feel good and arrive.

Right to the heart – your holiday flats “altstadtherz”
Two apartments for a holiday that will make your heart leap with pleasure are located on Lindau Island on Lake Constance at the happy end of Germany. Regardless of whether you are looking for a historic, calm and cozy backyard gem or a spacious and light dwelling amid Lindau´s teeming alleys – with either flat you choose to be close to Lindau and almost directly at the lake´s shore. Since both our flats are centrally located in the historic old town (pedestrian area), none of the town´s sights is more than a five minutes´ walk away.

Check-in and check-out regulation

On arrival as well as on departure you are completely independent. The main entrance is secured with a door code. The entrances to the house and the apartments will be sent to you with the booking confirmation. The apartments are located in the pedestrian zone in the center of the island. For the arrival or departure you can drive just outside the front door. Please note, in the pedestrian zone is after 11 o'clock in the morning max. 15 min. Charging and discharging time.

Directions

Ideally located in the border triangle Austria, Switzerland, Germany you can easily reach us by train directly to the island of Lindau or by car via the B31 or the A96 motorway. If you arrive by car, give your navigation system the place of paradise. The Schafgasse is directly after the fountain.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
