Description

The holiday flat is situated in a quiet location in Lindau Reutin in a preferred residential area at the foot of the Bäuerlinshalde with a great view of Lake Constance and the mountains. The beautifully landscaped garden can be used for relaxing and eating and invites you to chat, have breakfast and barbecue. Cars can be parked on the mountain to the left and on the road below. There is a good bus connection to the island and the surrounding area, the bus stop is only 50 metres from the house. The buses run every half hour. The lake can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. There you will also find the beautiful Eichwaldstrandbad. From the house, beautiful walks up to Streitelsfingen with a marvellous panorama of Lake Constance and the mountains invite you to enjoy and linger, as does the fairytale-like Tobelwanderweg trail, which leads back to the house. From the Bäuerlinshalde you can walk through the endless orchards to the famous Dalienschau. The Pfänder is about 4 kilometres away, as is Bregenz.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
 

Tourist tax information

The indicated prices do not include the tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site. Detailed information about the tourist tax and the guest card can be found here.

Important payment information and other conditions

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors´ tax. This is payable separately on arrival.
