Dear visitors,
enjoy your vacation, your conference visit or your business trip with us.
We offer you two holiday apartments in a central location with a quiet garden area. Free parking is available at the house. In about three minutes walking distance there is a city bus connection for the whole city area of Lindau. The holiday apartments are an ideal starting point for various excursions around the beautiful Lake Constance!

Check-in and check-out regulation

Arrival is possible on any day of the week. Minimum booking period is three days. 
Please arrange your arrival time in advance by phone or e-mail so that we can guarantee our presence. On the day of departure we ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Your luggage can be stored temporarily.

Directions

If you arrive by train, you can take the city bus line 2 from Lindau main station to the ZUP and change there to line 4 in the direction of Gitzenweiler Hof; get off at the "Rennerle" stop and continue walking in the direction of travel, crossing Kemptener Straße at the pedestrian traffic lights and walking into Rotmoosstraße opposite. From the bus stop it is about 200 m on foot to your holiday apartment.
If you come by car from the motorway A96, drive along the Kemptener Straße, the Köchlinstraße and then turn left into the Rotmoosstraße.

Differing cancellation conditions

Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival date; after that 90 % of the booked travel price will be charged as cancellation costs.

Tourist tax information

The indicated prices do not include the tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site. Detailed information about the tourist tax and the guest card can be found here.

Important payment information and other conditions

A deposit of 50 % of the tour price is due upon booking; only with this deposit is your booking guaranteed. The balance is to be paid in cash on arrival.
