The "Maximilianstraße" holiday apartment is our largest unit. It offers 60 sqm of living space divided into a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and shower/WC, accommodating a maximum of 4 people (2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child). The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob/stove, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. The bathroom features a shower and WC. In the living room, you will find a large flat-screen TV as well as an internet radio.

The "Terrasse" apartment is our smallest holiday apartment at 32 sqm. Additionally, this apartment features its own 25 sqm south-facing terrace. The apartment is divided into a combined living/sleeping area with flat-screen satellite TV and internet radio, a kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub/WC. The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob/stove, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Die Ferienwohnungen liegen zentral in der Fußgängerzone, im zweiten Obergeschoss. Innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichen Sie sämtliche wichtige Verkehrsanbindungen, wie Bahn, Busbahnhof, Taxi und Schiffe der BSB in Richtung Österreich (Bregenzer Festspiele), die Schweiz oder die Blumeninsel Mainau. Ihr Auto können Sie am nahegelegenen öffentlichen Seeparkplatz (P5) gegen geringe Gebühr dauerhaft parkieren (bei einem Aufenthalt ab sieben Nächten übernehmen wir die Parkkosten für Sie). Zentrale Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Bäckereien, Metzgereien oder einen Supermarkt erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Einen Fahrradverleih gibt es um die Ecke. Genießen Sie den herrlichen Ausblick vom Seehafen, den Bodensee und die Berge oder bummeln Sie durch die historische Altstadt mit Ihren vielen malerischen Gassen, Café's und Geschäften.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
 

Tourist tax information
