Our apartment is bright and modern. From the south terrace, the conservatory and the small garden you have a beautiful view of the local mountain "Pfänder". The large open living dining area offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy and is furnished with TV, books and board games. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a coffee maker, dishwasher and everything else what a hobby chef needs. Our lovingly furnished apartment is located in a dead end street. The bedroom with large closet and double bed (1.80 x 2.00) invites you to dream. The sofa bed offers extended (1.40 x 2.20) space for 2 more people. Baby cot and high chair can be provided free of charge. The bathroom has a large shower and a bathtube. Wi-Fi and parking are available free of charge.

Description

This beautiful bright and modern apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance and is located in the ground floor of our house. We are happy about families, we ourselves have 3 children. Parking is free in front of the house or on the street. Storage for 2 bikes can be used gladly. Of course we provide towels and bed linen. A bike rental is located in our street. Bus stop, bakery are within 5 minutes, restaurants and shopping center in 10 minutes walking distance. The lake is 1.6 km and the island 2.4 km away.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Arrival is possible from 4 pm. Please contact us on the day before your arrival in the evening again to vote on the key handover.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment till 10:00 o'clock. Possibly (subject to availability) you can also leave later.

Directions

By bus you can reach us best over the city bus line 1 stop Lugeck. With vehicles they drive along the Lugeckstraße and into the dead end area.

Differing cancellation conditions

You can cancel your booking until two weeks before arrival free of charge. Until seven days before arrival 50% and thereafter 100% of your booking will be charged as cancellation fee in case we cannot find further guests. We recommend to be prepared with a travel cancellation cost insurance.
