Description

Enjoy your holiday in our accommodation Haus Anita by Anita & Roland Kohlheim, directly on Lake Constance and just opposite the new thermal spa and lido Eichwald. You are only a stone's throw away from the lake, a relaxing holiday awaits you in one of the most beautiful regions in the south of Bavaria. From our location you can make wonderful tours in all directions by bike, car or on foot.
The accommodation Haus Anita is bookable for two persons. Our guest room / holiday flat consists of two rooms of 16 sqm each, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower, a double washbasin and toilet. Towels, bed linen and hairdryer are also provided.
The dining room / lounge is comfortably furnished with SAT-TV and a nice one-line kitchen. The car park is free of charge and is located directly at the house. You are welcome to use the WLAN in the house free of charge.
The nearest bus stop is about 50 m away and the nearest supermarket is about 8 minutes away on foot. The walk to the island takes about 20-30 minutes (2.5 km). With the guest card you can use the city bus in Lindau as well as bus and train in the entire BODO transport association free of charge.

Directions

Are you travelling by train to Lindau?
From Lindau-Insel station, first take city bus line 2 or 5 to ZUP. There you change to the city bus line 3 to Therme Lindau (direction Gewerbegebiet), which also stops at Lindau-Reutin station. From the exit at Therme Lindau, walk approx. 100 m to your accommodation.

Differing cancellation conditions

Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before date of arrival. After that 90 % of the booked price will be charged as cancellation fee.
