Description

The holiday flat is located in a two-family house inhabited by the family itself, in a quiet but central location on the island. This makes the flat suitable for guests who arrive without a car. It can be booked with either one or two bedrooms and is therefore also suitable for two couples or a family with two children. The large terrace is surrounded by a green garden and is therefore perfect for relaxing and letting beautiful days come to an end.
 
From the holiday flat, our guests can reach the island in about 10-15 minutes on foot via the pier or via the traffic-free "railway embankment" - with footpath and cycle path. In addition to the numerous sights of the old town, with its medieval character, you will find the conference and congress centre, the railway station, the casino and the ship harbour with Lindau's landmark, the world-famous harbour entrance with the lighthouse and the Bavarian Lion.
 
It takes 1-2 minutes to walk to the nearest bus stop with connections to all outlying districts and 3-5 minutes to the nearest shopping facilities (bakery, butcher's shop, food market, pharmacy, café ...) in Lindau-Aeschach. It is 5 km to the Austrian border, from where countless hiking trails with the best views of Lindau and the entire Lake Constance lead (accessible by bus, train, boat or car). The Allgäu and neighbouring Switzerland are also within easy reach.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

The indicated prices do not include the tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site. Detailed information about the tourist tax and the guest card can be found here.
 

Important payment information and other conditions

Please look on our Family offers on our website. On request, the holiday flat can be booked for two people with two separate bedrooms. This increases the price for two persons to EUR 85 per night. We are happy to provide you with a parking space at the house for a fee. We charge an additional EUR 3 per night for this.
