Description

The friendly and bright attic flat is located on the 1st floor of our modern semi-detached house (Zimmermann family) in Oberreitnau. From the loggia you have a wonderful view of the Austrian mountains. In the beautifully maintained garden, the ‘smaller’ guests can let off steam on the large lawn, while the ‘big ones’ can relax in the shade of our walnut tree.

The town bus stop and the town centre with swimming pool, shopping facilities, good restaurants and a pizzeria are just a few minutes' walk away.

The functional and attractively furnished holiday flat is 50 m² in size and suitable for a maximum of 4 people. It consists of a living-bedroom with kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed, a new bathroom with shower/WC, storage room and a covered loggia with a beautiful view.

Guests travelling with friends or a larger group have the option of booking another holiday flat in the same house.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Arrival possible from 16:00 or earlier by prior arrangement. Departure requested by 10:00 am.

Differing cancellation conditions

In the event of cancellation, the deposit agreed at the time of booking will be charged as cancellation costs. In the event of cancellation less than 1 month before arrival, 90% of the rental price will be charged.

Tourist tax information
