Located on the island of Lindau, the vacation apartment "Insel Chalet Lindau" offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The apartment is located in a listed house and convinces with its high-quality and modern equipment, which includes among other things the real wood parquet. The 60 m² accommodation consists of a living / sleeping area, a large and fully equipped eat-in kitchen and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 3 people. On request, a 4th guest is also possible (for example, 2 teenagers could sleep on the sofa bed). "This apartment has city views and also includes satellite TV, a well equipped kitchen with a fridge, a dishwasher and an oven, as well as 1 bathroom with a large shower. Guests can also make use of a washing machine and dryer upon request and for an extra fee. In addition, a baby crib is available upon request. The apartment is located right on the main shopping street Maximilianstraße, the lake and harbor, boat and bike rental, the island hall, a supermarket, a bakery, restaurants and cafes. Public transportation is within walking distance. Lindau Island Train Station is 350 meters from the accommodation and can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The nearest airports are Friedrichshafen (26 km from the apartment, reachable in about 35 min) and Altenrhein/St. Gallen (32 km, about 45 min). At your arrival or departure you can park your car for unloading/loading shortly in front of the house. You will be asked to put a note in the car and to park somewhere else afterwards. The host will provide guests with information about parking options in the property's premises. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Families with children are welcome. The accommodation features a step-free indoor area. Guests are advised that the entrance to this accommodation is not barrier-free. Two entrance doors provide additional security against burglary. Check-in and check-out regulation

Check-in is at 15:00, check-out is at 10:00. The keys are handed over via the key box. You will receive the PIN in advance from the host. Please fill out the Holidu check-in form that you received via email in full, including your address. This helps the host to optimally prepare for your stay.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
