Die Ferienwohnung "The Cozy Lindau N°1" befindet sich im 3. Stockwerk eines Denkmalgeschützten Gebäudes (1890 erbaut) im Herzen der Lindauer Insel und damit inmitten der Lindauer Altstadt. Mit einem Betten (180x200) ist die Ferienwohnung für bis zu 2 Erwachsene geeignet. Aus dem Fenster läst sich über die Dächer von Lindau blicken und der Bodensee kann erblickt werden. Bei Bedarf und Wunsch, kann ein Baby-Beistellbett sowie ein Hochstuhl in der Ferienwohnung aufgestellt werden.

Welcome to "The Cozy Lindau" - your holiday flats on Lindau Island.

The holiday flats are located in a listed house in the heart of Lindau Island, centrally close to Maximilienstraße, the main shopping street and the heart of Lindau's old town. From your holiday flat it is about a 3 minute walk to the famous Lindau harbour with the lion and the tower - the landmark of Lindau. On the harbour promenade you will find various cafés, restaurants and ice cream parlours.

Within about 3 minutes you are on the back island. Here you will find beautiful sunbathing lawns, various bathing spots, a freelatics park, a beach volleyball court and a scater park. From the back island you can enjoy the long evening sun and, in good weather, watch a breathtaking sunset. At the café on the back island you can enjoy a tasty cold drink or snacks in pleasant company.

The house has a lockable bicycle garage with access to the street, so that nothing stands in the way of beautiful bicycle tours in the Lake Constance region.

Arrival is contactless - the key for your holiday flat is stored in a key safe in the building, so that you can check in flexibly at any time on the day of your arrival.

A Rewe supermarket including a bakery, a pizzeria and a bicycle rental shop are only 100 metres away from the flat.

The "Lindau-Insel" train station is about 250 metres away, which makes travelling by train ideal and gives you the flexibility to discover the Lake Constance region by public transport. In addition, there is a bus stop not far from the holiday flat. With the guest card Echt Bodensee Card EBC, which you receive free of charge upon arrival, you can use the regional bus and train connections free of charge in the entire BODO area.

If you arrive by car, you can drive directly to the front door for loading and unloading. For the duration of your stay, you can use the public car parks of the city of Lindau, which are located in front of the Lindau Island. You can quickly get back to Lindau Island on foot, by bike, electric scooter or bus.

Aktuelle Covid-19 Informationen: Sie können kontaktlos einchecken. Rechts und links vom Eingang finden Sie Ihren Schlüsselsafe. Unser Haus verfügt über ein hohes Hygieneschutzkonzept. Desinfektionsmittel steht am Eingang bereit. Ihre bereits ausgedruckte ECHT BODENSEE CARD finden Sie bei Anreise auf dem Tisch. Das Treppengeländer sowie alle Türgriffe sind desinfiziert. Ein Wäschepaket wird bereitgestellt, wir weisen darauf hin, dass wir ausschließlich über weiße Bettwäsche verfügen, die bei 95 Grad gereinigt wird. Weiße Handtücher und Geschirrtücher werden ebenfalls bei 95 Grad und bunte Handtücher bei 60 Grad gereinigt. Dekodecken und Kissen werden bei jedem Wechsel ausgetauscht. Die komplette Ferienwohnung wird bei jedem Gästewechsel grundgereinigt und desinfiziert. Unser oberstes Primat war schon immer "Sauberkeit", was in Zeiten von Corona noch wichtiger geworden ist! Check-in and check-out regulation

You check in contactless. You will find your key safe to the right and left of the entrance. You will receive the code and all important information for your arrival 2-3 days before arrival, after payment of the total amount, a deposit is not required.

Directions

The holiday flats are located on the island of Lindau. You come over the pier, take the first exit on the right at the roundabout. Drive along Zwanzigerstr. for approx. 400 m, past the multi-storey car park, then turn left into Zeppelinstraße. After approx. 150 m in the left-hand bend, turn left into "Oberer Schrannenplatz" and then immediately right again. Our house is on the right after approx. 30 m. There is a semi-circular canopy above the entrance. Oberer Schrannenplatz 4.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information
