Unser 2021 erbautes, hell eingerichtetes Nichtraucher Maisonette-Appartement (160qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock. Belegung bis zu 6 Personen. Im 1. Stock befindet sich das Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie das Gäste WC. 3 Schlafzimmer und eine Sonnenterrasse mit Liegen. 2 Schlafzimmer mit King Size Bett 180cm und 1 Schlafzimmer mit französischem Bett 140cm. Über eine Treppe gelangen sie in den großzügig gestalteten Wohn- Ess- und Kochbereich. Mit Sat TV, voll eingerichteter Küche (Geschirrspülmaschine, Kaffeevollautomat, Kühlschrank mit kl. Gefrierfach) und herrlichem Blich ins Grüne. Von hier aus gelangen sie auf die überdachte Terrasse hier können sie ungestört über den Bodensee und die Berge blicken. Die gemütlichen Korbstühle laden zum Verweilen ein. Nach Absprache stehen eine Waschmaschine und ein Wäschetrockner gegen eine Gebühr zur Verfügung. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Föhn; Geschirrtücher inklusive. Für unsere 2 Ferienwohnungen stehen kostenlose Parkplätze und WLAN zur Verfügung. In unserer Unterkunft sind keine Tiere erlaubt.

Description

Our holiday flats are slightly elevated in the district of Lindau-Reutin, 3 km from the island and 2 km from Reutin railway station. From here you have a wonderful view of Lake Constance and the mountains. Our organic farm is surrounded by fruit trees and meadows where our young cattle graze. Here you can relax and unwind. For hikers and skiers, the Voralberg mountain landscape is not far away. The Lindau thermal baths are only a few minutes away by car and there is plenty of culture and enjoyment on the island. Free parking and WLAN are available for our 2 holiday flats. Pets are not allowed in our accommodation.

Please contact your host in advance to inform them about your approximated time of arrival.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

 

Tourist tax information
