Die Ferienwohnung liegt im ersten Stock und besteht aus 6 getrennten Räumen: Foyer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad, WC.

Die Ausstattung ist in einem modernen Landhausstil mit ein Mischung aus Antik und Modern gehalten. Bei der Einrichtung wurde darauf geachtet möglichst nachhaltige Materialien zu verwenden. Die Wohnung ist groß, hell und freundlich.

Durch die Dachschrägen ergibt sich in einiges an Staufläche für Koffer und Gepäck, was von den Gästen total geschätzt wird.  Berücksichtigt man die Fläche unter Schrägen, geht die Wohnung Richtung 100 m² Fläche. 

Die Wohnküche hat eine gemütliche Holtischgruppe mit Eckbank und Stühlen. Es gibt eine Senseo-Kaffeemaschine für Kaffeepads, Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine mit Spültabs, 4-Plattenherd, Topfgrundausstattung und Pfannen, Backofen mit Backblech und Rost, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle. Handspülmittel, Geschirrtücher und Müllsäcke sind vorhanden. Die Küche hat eine Grundausstattung mit diversem Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Von der Wohnküche gelangt man auf den ca. 10 m langen Süd-Ostbalkon auf dem man auch gut Frühstücken kann.

Das großzügige Wohnzimmer und lädt zum Entspannen auf der Couch ein. Die ist groß genug daß sich auch zwei ausstrecken können. Es gibt einen großen Fernseher mit Satellitenanschluss und Gäste-WLAN wird kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Für gesellige Runden ist ein kleine Sitzgruppe mit Tisch vorhanden. Diese lässt sich auch zum "homeoffice" umfunktionieren. Auch vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangt man auf den Balkon.

Das Schlafzimmer ist ruhig im Nordwesten der Wohnung gelegen und hat ein großes Doppelbett 1800x2000 mm.

Bad und WC sind praktischerweise getrennte Räume. Das Badezimmer ist mit Waschbecken, Badewanne und Dusche ausgerüstet.

Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher werden bei längeren Aufenthalten wöchentlich gewechselt.

Description

Welcome to Birkachstrasse on the outskirts of Lindau Oberreitnau. The spacious holiday flat of approx. 60 m² with south-east balcony is located in a family residential area and is an ideal starting point for hikes and cycle tours into the Lindau hinterland. Especially during the fruit blossom, tours directly from the house through the blossoming hinterland are a highlight. In the hinterland there are beautiful small bathing lakes such as Degersee and Schleinsee. In the village itself there is an outdoor pool approx. 800 metres away. Oberreitnau is a village-like part of Lindau. All facilities in the village can be reached on foot in a maximum of 5-15 minutes.

There is a small grocery shop with a drinks market and a bakery for daily supplies. A speciality of the region are the small farm shops and stalls for the direct sale of local fruit and vegetables as well as other agricultural products, of which there are also some here in the village. There are several good pubs and restaurants which are also popular with locals.  Basic medical care is also ensured thanks to the general practitioner and pharmacy.

The historic town centre on the island of Lindau is approx. 5 km away and can be easily reached by city bus. The bus stop is approx. 400 metres from the flat. One of the most beautiful viewpoints in the region is located behind the house on the "Hangnach" and can be reached on foot in approx. 15 minutes.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Arrival between 17:00 and 21:00; departure: between 08:00 and 10:00 or by arrangement. Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to discuss the arrival time.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

The visitor’s tax will be levied in the period from 1 April to 31 October and amounts to €3.30/day for people aged 16 and over and €2.00/day for children and young people aged six to 15 inclusive.
In the period from 1 November  to 31 March, the spa fee is €2.20/day for persons aged 16 and over and €1.20/day for children and young people aged six to 15 inclusive. Children under the age of six are exempt from the spa tax.

Please note that the prices do not include the local tourist tax. Should a local tourist tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.
