Genießen Sie eine Auszeit allein, mit Ihrer Familie oder Freunden. Sie werden sich in der voll ausgestatteten Wohnung mit Süd- und kleinem Westbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne sehr wohlfühlen. Durch die neue, direkte Unterführung gelangen Sie schnell und sicher entlang des idyllischen Toskanaparks nach nur cirka 650 m zum Bodensee, wo Sie bereits mit Blick auf die Insel und die beeindruckende Bergwelt ins Wasser springen können. Nach weiteren circa 250 m erreichen Sie die Insel Lindau. Entdecken Sie Lindau und die Region ganz entspannt, ohne Parkplatzsuche. Auch den Bahnhof und die Bushaltestelle erreichen Sie in wenigen Gehminuten - die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind im Preis inbegriffen. Ihr Feriendomizil befindet sich im 1. Stock und verfügt über eine kostenfreie Garage, auch Fahrräder können hier gerne untergebracht werden. Eine Kleinkind-Ausstattung stellen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung. Eine Kaution von 200 € wird fällig.

Description

The new, direct subway takes you quickly and safely to the lake after only about 650 metres and along the idyllic Toskanapark to the island of Lindau. Here you can already jump into the water or enjoy the magnificent view of the lake and the mountains. You can reach the old town via the bridge. Many shopping facilities, bakers, etc. are also around the corner and the train station-Reutin and Lindaupark are only about 750 metres away.

Arrival from 15:00; departure by 10:00 or by arrangement. Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to discuss the arrival time.

Differing cancellation conditions

Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged as follows:

a) In case of cancellation up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy 30% of the total price.
b) In case of cancellation from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy 50% of the total price.
c) In the event of cancellation from the 29th day to the day before the start of occupancy, 90% of the total price.

In the event of a booking, liability insurance for the guest is obligatory in order to be able to settle any damages incurred.

Tourist tax information

Important payment information and other conditions

A deposit of up to 90% of the tour price is due upon booking. The prices quoted do not include visitor's tax. The local tourist tax is obligatory and has to be paid on site. A deposit of 200 € is required. This deposit will be refunded within one week after departure, provided that there is no damage and the flat has been left in good order.
