Centrally located with parking. Newly renovated. For couples, families and friends. The spacious, bright holiday apartment ‘Seenah 650’ was partially renovated in summer 2022 and is very comfortably furnished. Enjoy a break on your own, with your family or friends. You will feel very comfortable in the fully equipped apartment with a south-facing and small west-facing balcony overlooking the countryside. The new, direct underpass takes you quickly and safely along the idyllic Toskana Park to Lake Constance, only about 650 metres away, where you can jump into the water with a view of the island and the impressive mountains. After another 250 metres or so, you will reach the island of Lindau. Discover Lindau and the region at your leisure, without having to search for a parking space. The train station and bus stop are also just a few minutes' walk away – public transport is included in the price. Your holiday home is located on the 1st floor and has a free garage, where bicycles can also be stored. We are happy to provide you with equipment for small children. A deposit of €200 is required.

Description

The new, direct subway takes you quickly and safely to the lake after only about 650 metres and along the idyllic Toskanapark to the island of Lindau. Here you can already jump into the water or enjoy the magnificent view of the lake and the mountains. You can reach the old town via the bridge. Many shopping facilities, bakers, etc. are also around the corner and the train station-Reutin and Lindaupark are only about 750 metres away.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors’ tax. This is payable separately on arrival.

Tourist tax information

Please note that the indicated prices do not include the tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site. Detailed information about the tourist tax and the guest card can be found here.

A deposit of 200 € is required. This deposit will be refunded within one week after departure, provided that there is no damage and the flat has been left in good order.
