Our newly renovated Bosco holiday apartment with solid wood parquet and natural stone floors offers high-quality living space on the first floor, covering 95 square metres and accommodating up to four adults. The spacious living area with satellite television opens directly onto a large balcony with views of the countryside and mountains. In our new, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob with ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, etc., you can prepare your own delicious meals. You can also access the balcony from here. The new bathroom invites you to relax with a shower and bathtub. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm). There are also two single bedrooms, each with a bed (90 x 200 cm). One of the single rooms has a workspace with a desk. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the apartment. Hotel-quality bed linen and towels are provided and professionally cleaned. Out of consideration for other guests and residents of the building, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building. Pets are not allowed. Bicycles can be safely stored in the separate bicycle garage. A washing machine is available for your use in the laundry room in the basement. A drying room is also available. Each flat has a separate parking space.

Description

Our holiday flats are located in the green district of Oberreitnau, approx. 7 km from the island of Lindau. In the immediate vicinity you will find hiking and cycling trails, riding facilities, golf courses, tennis courts, the village's own outdoor pool and a fishing pond. The town bus, which stops nearby, offers connections to more distant destinations, e.g. directly to the island on Lake Constance. In Lindau, the "Italy of Germany", you will find a historic island town with a Mediterranean flavour. There are also numerous different restaurants, snack bars, shopping facilities and cultural attractions to suit every taste. The lake and the mountains offer a panorama of superlatives. Here you can enjoy this in one of the harbour cafés or on the deck of a boat. Several boat trips are offered every day, travelling to various shores bordering Lake Constance. There is also a railway station on the island, from where you can explore the wider area and even travel to Austria and Switzerland.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information
