The non-smoking holiday flat with balcony is located on the 2nd floor with a view of the lake and is accessible via a lift. A double bed (180x200cm) and a sofa bed in the living room/bedroom can accommodate up to 3 people. Please note that the sofa bed is not suitable for babies and small children. The living/sleeping area is also equipped with a TV, a small dining table and a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge. Coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a shower and WC. Pets are not allowed. WLAN is available free of charge. Parking is possible for a fee near the accommodation.

Description

Very centrally located non-smoking holiday flat on the island of Lindau. The 38 sqm flat with balcony is located on the 2nd floor with a view of Kleiner See and can be reached via a lift. It has a combined living/bedroom, kitchen, balcony and bathroom and can accommodate up to three people. Please note that the sofa bed is not suitable for babies and small children. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the flat. A washing machine can be used communally. The house is only a few metres away from the Small Lake. The medieval island centre with shopping facilities, restaurants and pubs is also nearby.

Check-in and check-out regulation

The holiday flat is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Departure must take place by 11:00 am. Please contact us before your arrival regarding the handover of the keys. From April to October, the minimum rental period is 6 nights, preferably from Saturday or Sunday. Outside this period, overnight stays of 5 nights or more are possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Differing cancellation conditions

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged with 90% of the tour price.

Tourist tax information
