With 99 rooms and studios, the Friedrichs restaurant with bar, 6 conference rooms and a spa area at the highest level above the rooftops of Constance.

Please note that we are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is therefore prohibited in all areas of the hotel.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Our guaranteed check-in time is 3.00 pm, check-out until 11.00 am. If you would like to leave later (late check-out), please speak to our staff at reception. If this is not possible due to occupancy, you are welcome to leave your luggage at reception and collect it again on your departure.

Tourist tax information

Since 01.04.2023, the city of Constance has levied a tourism and climate protection tax of 5.6% on the booked overnight price for all travellers aged 18 and over. This tax is charged in addition to the accommodation costs and is paid in full to the city of Constance. We will show this separately on your final invoice.

From 01.04.2023, all overnight guests will receive the BODENSEECARD WEST at check-in. It serves as a free ticket for public transport in the district of Constance and offers many other discounts.
