Dear guests,

Welcome to beautiful Lindau on Lake Constance. Since 2001, I have been offering a guest house (separate entrance) with two separate living units in the front part of my semi-detached house. The holiday accommodation is located in the Lindau-Reutin district.

You will be staying in a central location on a residential street, in a cul-de-sac, just a five-minute walk from cosy restaurants, beer gardens and the Lindaupark shopping centre and Lidl. There is a bakery and a butcher's shop just around the corner. The nearest public playground is only 100 metres away.

The holiday flats offer a very good starting point for your leisure activities:

1 minute's walk to the city bus connection (Köchlin city bus lines 4 and 5) - every 30 minutes

25 minutes' walk to the ‘Der Radgeber’ bike rental station

25 minutes' walk to the Lindau thermal baths

30 minutes' walk to Lindau Island

Lindau is the starting point for beautiful hikes in the Lake Constance region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). In summer, it is worth visiting the Bregenz Festival or hiking to the Pfänder. You can take courses at the local sailing school and diving school at any time. Many wellness offers, as well as a visit to the Lindau thermal baths, round off your holiday. In winter, we are the gateway to skiing trips in the Alps, with the ski train from Lochau.

Directions

By car: Take the A96 (Munich-Lindau), exit at Weißensberg, take the B12 towards Lindau, continue straight ahead on Kemptener Straße until you reach Gasthaus Köchlin. At this intersection, turn left onto Reutiner Straße and take the second exit off the roundabout onto Bazienstraße. At the next intersection, turn into the traffic-calmed play street (dead end) on Exerzierweg. Your destination is on the right-hand side. Public parking spaces are available on the street.

Are you travelling to Lindau by train or boat? Take city bus line 5 or 4 and get off at Gasthof Köchlin. From there, it is only a few minutes' walk to your holiday accommodation.
