Description
Very nice holiday flat for two persons, 45 sqm, situated in the pedestrian zone (for loading and unloading you can drive your car directly to the front door) in a quiet side street of the old town.
The apartment is in the attic floor, beautiful bright living area, integrated sleeping area, open kitchen corner, bathroom, balcony. Two minutes to the famous Lindauer harbour.
Our annual parking ticket for the large island parking lot is provided on loan and is included in the price. Bed linen, table linen, dishtowels are available. Please bring your own towels (there are no towels available in the apartment). Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment, but a balcony is available.

Check-in and check-out regulation
On the day of arrival the apartment is available from 16:00 o'clock (in the low season from 14:00 o'clock please note the times in the booking confirmation). On the day of departure you must vacate the apartment by 9:00 am (in the low season, please note the times in the booking confirmation by 11:00 am).Differing cancellation conditions
Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 30 days before arrival; after that 90% of the travel costs will be charged. In case of late arrival or early departure no partial refund will be made.
Please remember to take out a travel cancellation insurance if necessary.
